摘    要:抽油机井有杆泵系统优化设计通常会有很多方案,目前没有相对合理的方法对这些方案进行优选。基于模糊数学原理的多目标优选方法,以系统效率、供产协调、安全系数为目标变量,对优化设计出的多种有杆泵系统方案进行对比分析,得出侧重于某一权重的最优方案。实例分析表明,该方法优选出的优化设计方案优于其他方案,对采油生产具有指导意义。

Abstract:In general, there are many optimized design schemes of rod pump design for pumping wells. But there are no relative reasonable methods to screen these schemes. By using the multiobjective optimal method which is based on fuzzy mathematics analysis, and system efficiency, production coordination and safety factor as the objective variables, the best scheme used one weight can be achieved through analyzing various options from optimizing design of rod pump. The field applications show that the efficiency of the program derived form this paper much better than the other oil production program. Thus, it has some guide significance to field practice.
