塔架式数控抽油机运动学及动力学特性分析

摘    要:塔架式数控抽油机的传动效率高、冲程长、易于调平衡,且能实现抽汲参数无级调整,节能效果显著。根据该抽油机的结构特点及运动特征,推导了悬点速度、加速度、位移计算公式。根据力矩平衡原理,建立了减速器扭矩计算模型。通过实例计算,并与常规游梁式抽油机相关参数对比,分析了其运动学和动力学特性。为塔架式数控抽油机—深井泵系统配置合理生产参数提供理论支持。

Abstract:Numerical control beam pumping unit with derrick frame is one new kind of energy-sav- ing beam pumping unit recently, it feature is that it turns electric power into straight reciprocating motion directly;the transmission efficiency is high;the balance is easy to adjust and the suction parameters can be adjusted steplessly,and it is necessary to study it. Basing on the structural fea- tures and motion characteristics, the calculation formulas of suspension velocity, acceleration, dis- placement were established; according to moment balancing, reducer torque model was set up. Through the example and comparing with the convention beam pumping unit, the kinematic and dynamic properties was analyzed, which provides theoretical support for the numerical control beam pumping unit with derrick frame-deep well pump system to allocate reasonable production parameters.
