自膨胀封隔器技术在完井作业中的应用

自膨胀封隔器是近几年来分段完井工具的研究热点,它是以遇油或者遇水膨胀橡胶作密封材料,通过与井眼内液体接触胀封实现充填环空的。通过分析自膨胀封隔器相对于常规裸眼封隔器的技术特点,论述了其技术研究过程中的关键技术。针对水平井小井眼裸眼完井、智能完井以及筛管分段完井中常规工艺以及技术的不足,探讨了自膨胀封隔器在国外分段完井作业中的应用效果,为自膨胀封隔器技术的深入研究和国内的应用推广起到了促进作用。

Researches and Applications on Expandable Packers in Well Completion

Abstract：Expandable Packer is a hotspot of segregated completion study for years. Using the oil or water self-expansion rubber as sealing material, the expandable packer can fill the annular by contacting the borehole liquid and setting down. Through analyzing the expandable packer and relative packers＇ technical characteristics, the key technology during research is discussed. Analyzing the deficiencies of the traditional technology of the horizontal well expandable openhole segregated completion, intelligent completion and screen pipe completion of deficiency of traditional technology and technology, the effects of the expandable packer abroad are discussed. Finally it will help lucubrating this technology and promoting these products at home.
