摘    要:合成了一种无毒、具有强抑制性兼一定降滤失、降摩阻功能的新型多元醇类处理剂PE-Ⅰ,并在新疆红山嘴、石西地区进行了4口井的现场试验。结果表明,PE-Ⅰ的使用,有利于钻井液体系组成的简化,有利于钻井液性能的改善和调节,有利于钻井施工。

Abstract:PE- I is an additive which could be classified as a type of polyatomic alcohol. The drilling fluid conditioned by this additive is environmentally safe, at the same time possesses the advantages of oil base drilling fluid, such as effective shale inhibition and good lubrication. Field tests in 4 wells in Hongshanzui and Shixi area showed additional advantages as good compatibility and thermal stability, contamination free from calcium, salt and clay, reduction of drag and filtration, etc. It is beneficial for the simplification of drilling fluid system, as well as the improvement and adjustment of drilling fluid performance.
