Abstract: | New characteristics are proposed for the assessment of cutting stability in the analysis of a vibroacoustic signal: the fractal
dimensionality and the informational entropy. Wavelet analysis permits real-time diagnostics of the cutting stability. A neural-network
model is proposed for regulating the stability of a dynamic cutting system. |
