摘    要:研究了不同烘烤湿度条件与烤烟烟叶干物质、淀粉、可溶性糖的变化关系.结果表明,随着烘烤湿度的提高,干物质损失量、淀粉降解量、可溶性糖的含量都有增大的趋势,不同部位的烟叶具有相似的规律.

Abstract:The relationship between different conditions of humidity and the content variation of dry matter,starch,soluable sugar was studied.The results indicated that the loss of dry matter,the degradation of starch,the content of total soluble sugar increased with the rising of humidity,and had a rapid change in the yellowing stage and color fixing stage.The leaf of different position had the same regular pattern.
