MRS磨煤机最佳工况运行试验研究

摘    要:基于工业试验进行试验研究寻找了MRS的运行特性,并依此估计了衬板,磨辊的理新周期,探讨了维护方案,并建立了最佳控制方案。实际控制方案已居1J磨上试投成功,该控制系统至今运行正常。96年8月推广到另4台MRS磨。

Abstract:The paper describes the experimental research on the coal grinding mill with MRS(Mitsubish Rotary Separator) under different working conditions.Upon which,the operating characteristics of MRS, the calculation for the changing cycle of pad plates and grinding roll and maintenance scheme are discussed,and an optimal control system is designed as well.The system has been successful in its trial operation on 1J coal grinding mill,and now has been equipped on the other coal grinding mills.
