UV固化环氧丙烯酸酯的合成和水性化研究

摘    要:紫外光固化技术是一项节能和环保的新技术。环氧丙烯酸酯由于具有对环境污染少、能耗低、效率高、收缩性小、化学稳定性好的优点,是目前应用最广的光固化预聚物之一。本文以丙烯酸和环氧树脂NPER-032为原料,合成可紫外光固化环氧丙烯酸酯,进一步用顺丁烯二酸酐与该环氧丙烯酸酯反应,在分子链中引入羧基,再用有机胺与之中和,合成水性紫外光固化环氧丙烯酸酯。

Abstract:Technology of UV-curing is a newtechnology that can save energy and protect environment.Epoxy arcylate is one of most widely used UV-curing oligomers for its environment friendly,low energy consumption,high efficiency,low shrinkage,good chemical stabilization and etc.Epoxy arcylate was synthesized via arcylic acid and epoxy resin NPER-032 as rawmaterials.The epoxy arcylate that was synthesized by first step was reacted with maleic anhydride to import carboxyl,then neutralized with organic amine.And waterborne UV-curable epoxy arcylate was synthesized.
