三足式离心机转鼓设计

摘    要:离心机转鼓是离心机的关键部件之一,因转鼓结构较为复杂,用现行的强度设计计算方法对转鼓各部位的应力往往得不到正确的评价,从而影响了离心机转鼓使用的安全性。文章以SS800型三足式离心机转鼓设计为研究对象,使用与Solidedge软件集成的Visual Nastran有限元分析软件,对转鼓设计进行了分析研究,找出了既方便快捷,又较为实用的转鼓设计方法,对离心机转鼓的设计有一定的指导性。

Abstract:The centrifuge drum is one of critical components because of the complex configuration of drum,the part stress of drum can not be calculated accurately by conventional intensity computing method,thus may influence the safety of the drum.The three-column centrifuge drum of SS800 type investigated was designed by Visual Nastran-finite element Software integrated with Solidege Software.The found design method is convenient and available,which can take as guiding rule for design of the three-column centrifuge drum.
