凝汽器水位测量失真原因分析及处理

摘    要:凝汽器是火力发电厂中汽机侧的一个重要设备,它的液位也是一个非常重要的参数。由于凝汽器液位测量系统处于负压状态,因此,出现问题时较难做出准确判断,故经常存在测量失真的情况。根据多年的施工、调试经验,对凝汽器水位测量可能存在的异常情况做了较全面的总结,以免因不必要的错误造成测量结果不准确。

Abstract:Condenser is an important equipment at turbine side of thermal power plant. The water level of condenser is also an important parameter. For the water level measurement system is always under negative pressure, it is difficult to make accurate judgment in case of problem. In accordance with the perennial construction and commissioning experiences, the abnormal condition that is possible existed in condenser water level measurement is summed up to avoid the inaccurate measurement resulted from unnecessary error
