污泥和煤混烧发电系统的(火用)分析和优化

摘    要:对典型污泥和煤混合燃烧发电系统进行了分析和优化,即用汽轮机回热系统的部分蒸汽对污泥进行干化预处理,并基于(火用)分析原理建立了数学计算模型.实例计算结果表明:当回热抽汽口蒸汽参数较高时,干燥器的热干燥效率ηdry在取值范围内存在最小值,使系统有优化效果;当回热抽汽口蒸汽参数较低时,ηdry在取值范围内取任意值都可使系统优化,且系统(火用)效率随着污泥含水率α的降低而升高,当α降低到40%左右时(火用)效率的变化减缓.经比较,该文的数学模型与热量法计算结果相比误差很小,且计算简单、便于分析,可用于实际工程.在实例中,系统经过优化后发电量提高了17.4%,优化效果十分明显.
