利用PDMS软件实现电厂管路系统的流体计算

摘    要:针对利用PDMS软件进行电厂管路系统三维建模后无法即时对模型进行相应流体计算的问题,提出应用可编程宏语言PML对PDMS软件进行二次开发,使其可以与应用程序语言Java编写的电厂管路系统流体计算进行无缝连接,实现了从PDMS软件输出包含管路布置及流体设置信息的中介文本,并由流体计算软件读取该文本进行流体计算的功能.以某电厂1000 MW超超临界机组高压给水系统管道为例,对其管路各处的流动阻力、压力和流量进行了计算,结果表明:利用扩展功能后的PDMS软件计算得到的结果与手工计算结果一致。
