环丁砜在染料敏化太阳能电池固体电解质中的应用

摘    要:以CuSCN、环丁砜、1,2-二甲基-3-丙基咪唑碘、PEDOT:PSS为原料制备了染料敏化太阳能电池固体电解质,研究并探讨了环丁砜对电池光电性能的影响,同时对电池稳定性能进行了考察。结果表明,环丁砜引入染料敏化太阳能电池固体电解质中,电池的光电性能及稳定性能均得到了一定的改善;当环丁砜加入量为0.18g、CuSCN粉体为0.25g时,染料敏化太阳能电池短路电流密度为3.92mA/cm2,开路电压为0.42V,光电转换效率为0.86%,电池性能较稳定。

Abstract:Influences of sulfolane on the photoelectric performances and stability of DSSC were investigated with CuSCN,sulfolane,DMPII and PEDOT:PSS as solid electrolyte raw material for dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSC).The photoelectric performance and stability of DSSC could be improved by adding sulfolane into solid electrolyte of DSSC.When amount of sulfolane was 0.18 g and CuSCN powder was 0.25 g,its short circuit current density(Jsc) of 3.92 mA/cm2,open circuit voltage(Voc) of 0.42 V,photoelectric conversion efficiency reached 0.86% and the battery performances show a better stability.
