摘    要:为了准确计算气体绝缘变电站内部由于开关操作而产生的特快速暂态过电压,需要对GIS设备元件进行参数计算。通过对GIS一次系统元件的模型进行总结,根据GIS部件装配图及内部结构尺寸,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了弯管、盆式绝缘子、电压互感器本体结构的实物模型并分析了其电场分布。采用电场能量法,利用软件仿真求出电场能量,通过电容的能量公式求出参数值。与现有资料比较,验证了计算方法的正确性,为分析计算GIS电站的内部过电压与电磁兼容问题提供了较好的支持。

Abstract:In order to accurately calculate very fast transient overvoltage (VFTO) in gas-insulated substations (GIS) generated by switching operations, the calculation of GIS equipment components parameter is needed. In this paper, the GIS models of system components are summarized firstly, and then according to the GIS component structure, the finite element software ANSYS is used to establish the model for bend pipe, basin-type insulators, voltage transformer, and the electric field distribution is analyzed. The electric field and the electric field energy can be obtained by using the electric field energy method, and the capacitance parameter can be got by using the capacitive energy formula. The correctness of the method used in this paper is verified by comparison between the existing data and the calculation results. This method lays a good foundation for the analysis and calculation of the internal over-voltage and electromagnetic compatibility problems in GIS.
