基于芬顿法的羊绒无染料显色研究

摘    要:使用芬顿试剂对羊绒纤维鳞片进行氧化处理,使其与羊绒纤维中的色氨酸在一定的化学作用下能够与对羟基苯甲醛进行显色反应。通过对羟基苯甲醛体积分数、浓硝酸体积分数、反应温度、反应时间等因素进行单因素分析,并与未经过芬顿处理的羊绒纤维进行对比,得到了无染料显色的最佳工艺:对羟基苯甲醛体积分数为2.0%,浓硝酸体积分数为2.0%,处理温度为80℃,反应时间为40min,浴比为1∶40。运用此显色方法织物可以达到较高的固色率,同时在环保节能方面也优于常规染色。

Abstract:The imbricate surface structure of cashmere fabrics was oxidized by Fenton reagent and the colour reaction of tryptophan in cashmere fibre with p-hydroxy benzaldehyde was obvious.The influence of the concentration of the p-hydroxy benzaldehyde and nitric acid,dyeing temperature,dyeing time was discussed by one-factor analysis.The optimum dyeing condition was as follow: p-hydroxy benzaldehyde volume fraction 2.0%,nitric acid volume fraction 2.0%,reacting temperature 80 ℃,reacting time 40 min,and the liquid ratio was 1∶40.The color fastness of cashmere can be improved by using dye-free coloration based on the treatment with Fenton.
