摘    要:针对多个物体同时接触的轧制工程问题,各物体对锁定分析对象发生耦合变形,对各物体抽象出来研究存在简化较多、计算精度低等缺点,文章开发了多物体弹塑性摩擦接触多极边界元法,在无任何人工假定下,按原样对板带四辊轧制接触问题进行数值模拟,解析了板带轧制压力分布规律,为有效提高板带质量提供理论依据。

Abstract:For multi-object contact problem in rolling engineering which involves coupling deformation, the accuracy of disag- gregate mathematical method is low. The paper developed multi-object, plastoelastic and frictional contact multipole BEM and simulated the process of four-roll rolling strip without artifical asumpation. The rolling-pressure distribution laws of CR strip have been got through the program. The result offers proof for improving strip quality.
