人造金刚石锯切工具的制造和使用对其性能的影响

摘    要:人造金刚石以其高硬度、高强度、高耐磨性等性能,被广泛用于制作锯切工具。分析了金刚石颗粒的磁性、金刚石工具的烧结工艺和焊接工艺、胎体性能对金刚石工具锯切性能的影响.另外,金刚石工具的使用条件也会对其寿命产生影响。

Abstract:The synthetic diamond is used extensively to make saw cutting tools because its high hardness, high strength, high wear resistance and some other performances. It studies the influence of the saw cutting capability with the magnetism of diamond grits, the sintering technology and welding technology of the synthetic diamond cutting tools, performance of the matrix. Meanwhile, the using condition also will affect the life of the synthetic diamond cutting tools.
