摘    要:本文提出了一种基于虚拟仪器技术和互相关原理的电液伺服阀故障诊断方法。利用在LabVIEW6.1环境下开发的软件可以对电液伺服阀的输入和输出信号进行相关分析,进而可判断出电液伺服阀是否存在故障。试验结果表明,该方法简单易行,可有效的提高电液伺服阀的故障确诊率。

Abstract:This paper presents a fault diagnosis method of electro-hydraulic servo valve based on the principle of the cross correlation and virtual instrument. The in-out signals of electro-hydraulic servo valve can be correlatively analyzed by the software which is developed in LabVIEW6.1, therefore we can conclude that the electro-hydraulic servo valve is in fault or not. The experimental results show that the method is simple and trusty, and also it can effectively improve the validity of the fault diagnosis of the electro-hydraulic servo valve.
