摘    要:在交流电机转矩控制系统当中,需要对电机输出电磁转矩进行观测。准确观测定子磁链是实现转矩精确观测、控制的必备条件。传统磁链观测大都采用对电压积分求得磁链的方法,这种方法会因为直流量偏差的引入而导致积分器饱和。近来提出一种基于锁相环原理的电机定子磁链观测器,可以消除积分飘移以及滞后现象。但是这种磁链观测器只能在静止两相坐标系下对交流电压输入进行观测,而且电机低速运行时的磁链位置观测性能很差。该文提出了一种新型的基于锁相原理的磁链观测器,极大地改善了低速时观测器的稳定性,可以在旋转坐标系下对直流旋转电压进行磁链观测。仿真和试验都验证了这种磁链观测模型的稳定性以及对输入电压的快速跟踪能力。

Abstract:It is necessary to estimate the stator flux linkage for torque estimation in the AC motor.Most stator flux observer are based on voltage-flux model to avoid the saturation of the induction parameters.Classic flux observer integrates the voltage of the stator directly to get the flux.But the integrator is easily to saturate with the input DC error.High pass filter can avoid the saturation but will cause delay on phase.A new flux observer based on phase lock loop(PLL)is present which can eliminate the delay of the phase and the saturation.But the performance of this observer is poor at low speed.This paper presents a novel stator flux observer based on PLL which improve the performance at low speed even at zero speed. Simulation and experiment result validate the stability.
