煤矿电网微机监控测量保护系统

摘    要:结合我国煤矿井下电网的实际情况及高压综合保护装置的现状 ,分析了煤矿井下高压线路的主要故障类型 ,建立了一个基于 80 5 2单片机的智能型保护、检测模块系统。该系统能够自动判断短路、过载、过压、欠压、漏电等故障 ,并对电缆的绝缘水平进行实时监测 ,实现了电网参数的轮流显示 ,并能在线无级整定电流。系统充分利用了微机保护的优点 ,系统防爆性强 ,性能可靠 ,且易于操作。

Abstract:In accordance with specific condition of the power supply system in the mines in China, and the status about synthetic protection device for high voltage, the main types of electrical faults are analyzed in this paper. A protection and measuring device based on the microprocessor of 8025 is developed. Electrical faults such as short, over load, over voltage, lack of voltage, leakage can be automatically judged. And insulating degree of the cables is monitored on line. The electrical parameters are displayed by turns. The standard current value can be continuously changed. The device takes full advantage of the protection based on microprocessor. It is explosion proof, Its performance is reliable, and the method of operation is very simple. the successful development of the device will improve on the safety in the mine.
