| 摘 要： | 针对我国石油、天然气资源短缺的实际状况，分析了俄罗斯远东地区石油、天然气资源在数量、品质和地理环境等方面存在的优势，对我国利用俄罗斯远东地区原油、天然气资源，拓展石油，天然气资源供应来源，提高国家石油战略安全的可能性和必要性进行了初步的探讨。
