EMI滤波器与浪涌抑制技术的结合

摘    要:介绍了电磁干扰(EM I)滤波器的基本类型以及由基本类型组成的EM I电源滤波器,同时也介绍了2种常用的防雷限压器件———压敏电阻(MOV)和瞬态抑制二极管(TVS);主要讨论了将滤波和抑制浪涌电压2种功能结合在一起的复合功能EM I滤波器(具有限压功能的LC滤波器和复合功能的EM I电源滤波器);给出了LC滤波器在雷电浪涌的差模和共模冲击下,随电容值变化的压敏电阻电压波形和电容电压波形(输出电压波形);最后对电路结构进行了简单扩展。

Abstract:This paper introduces basic types of EMI filter and EMI power filter that is made by these basic types.Two kinds of lightening protection over-voltage limiting device-ZnO varistor(MOV) and transient voltage suppressor(TVS) are also given here.The paper chiefly discusses the multifunctional EMI filter that the two functions of filter and surge voltage suppression were combined together and simulates the MOV voltage and capacitor voltage waveforms,which changed along with the change of capacitance under the impact of differential-mode and common-mode surge voltage of lightening.Finally the configuration of these circuits is extended.
