数据采集设备的失真度测试方法研究

摘    要:根据失真度的测试原理、通用测试方法及其特点,提出一种针对数据采集设备的失真度测试方法——改进的频谱分析法。频谱分析法的核心是FFT,FFT方法进行谐波分析会出现谱泄漏现象,影响失真度的测试精度。针对这种现象,进行了特殊测试频率点和加窗函数两项改进处理。经数据分析与处理表明,改进后的频谱分析法有效地减少了谱泄漏的影响,真实还原了各次谐波的幅度,提高了失真度的测试精度,为数据采集设备提供了合理测试方案。
