竹子硫酸盐法间歇蒸煮过程有效碱浓度数学模型研究

摘    要:研究了竹子硫酸盐法间歇蒸煮过程有效碱浓度的变化规律,得出竹子硫酸盐法间歇蒸煮过程有效碱浓度的数学模型及确定其参数的数学模型.采用数学模型方法,通过测定蒸煮过程某一点的有效碱浓度,便可对蒸煮过程有效碱浓度进行较好的预测.

Abstract:The E_A(effective alkali) concentration change law during the bamboo sulfate batch cooking process was studied and the effectivealkali concentration mathematical model and the method which was used to define its parameters were derived by detecting the E_A concen-tration at some appointed time during the cooking process, the E_A concentration in the whole cooking process could be forecasted.
