基于USS通信的变频调速恒压供水系统的设计及实现

摘    要:在民用供水系统中,由于用户用水的多少是经常变动的,经常造成供水不足或供水过剩的情况发生.解决这类问题的方法很多,也有成熟的方案,基于此设计了一种PLC通过USS通信控制变频器的恒压供水系统.将供水管道压力实时采集,传给PLC进行PID运算,再将运算结果经USS通信传给变频器,控制变频器的输出频率,以达到随时调整“变频泵”的运转速度.同时,PLC程序根据“变频泵”频率值的比较结果,进行“变频泵”的变频、工频切换,以及工作泵数量多少的控制,真正做到恒压供水.

Abstract:In civil water supply system, water consumption is constantly changing, which often results in insufficiency or superfluity of water supply. There are many ways to solve these problems, and some of them are mature scheme, but this paper designs a constant pressure water supply system using PLC to control frequency converter via USS communication. The system collects water supply pipeline pressure in real-time, sends the pressure to PLC for PID calculation, then the calculated resuhs are sent to inverter through USS communication, to control the output frequency of the inverter, so as to adjust running speed. At the same time, PLC program alters frequency conversion and the number of working pumps according to the results of frequency comparison, so as to realize constant pressure of water supply.
