磷酸铵镁结晶法除磷工艺在工业废水处理中的应用

摘    要:介绍了磷酸铵镁结晶法结晶去除污水中磷的工艺,结合运行数据,分析了影响磷去除效率的几个主要因素,包括反应结晶时间、pH值、铵根离子浓度、镁离子浓度、晶种、杂质离子、进水总磷负荷、原料镁的选择等。在此基础上提出了适宜的控制条件。

Abstract:The process of removing phosphate from industry waste water by magnesium ammonium phosphate crystallization is pres- ented. The main factors which affect the efficiency of phosphate removal are analyzed based on the running data, including reaction and crgstallization time, pH value, concentration of NH4 ~, concentration of Mg2+, seed crgstal, impurity, total phosphate 10ad and the choosing of material Mg. Based on the analysis, the optimum control conditions are put forward.
