摘    要:针对目前电动汽车能源供给设施的局限性,提出充放储一体化站,充分融合充换电站及储能站的功能,并对电网有一定的协调支持作用.文章研究了一体化站对电网负荷削峰填谷的控制策略,提出调度中心的优化算法,并讨论多用途变流装置不同工况下的运行特性,并结合嘉定电网进行仿真验证,得出一体化站对电网负荷能起到峰谷调节的作用.

Abstract:Due to the limitations of energy supply facilities for EV, an EV charging discharging and storage integrative station is proposed, which has some positive effect onthe grid. Then the control of shifting the grid peak load by the integrative station is studied specially, and a optimal algorithm of control centre is proposed as well characteristics of the multi - purpose converter operating in different states. Finally, with the simulation on Jiading daily load curve, the above control strategy is proved.
