摘    要:以SN/T 0285-2012《出口酒中氨基甲酸乙酯残留量检测方法气相色谱质谱法》[1]为主要参考依据,采用固相萃取法提取白兰地中的氨基甲酸乙酯,使用气相色谱质谱联用仪测定白兰地中氨基甲酸乙酯含量;在100-1600μg/L标准曲线范围内线性良好,方法回收率95.8%-102.4%,相对标准偏差0.89%。采用本方法测定3种干邑白兰地,其氨基甲酸乙酯含量为19.72-57.41μg/L,氨基甲酸乙酯含量随酒龄的增加而增大。

Abstract:Based on the SN/T 0285-2012 "Determition of ethyl carbamate residues in alcohol for export———GC-MS" as the main reference,extraction of ethyl carbamate in brandy by solid phase extraction,using gas chromatography mass spectrometry for determination of ethyl carbamate in brandy;in 100 -1600 μ g/L standard curve range good linearity,recovery method95.8%-102.4%,the relative standard deviation were0.89%.With this method,3 kinds of cognac brandy were determind,the conten of ethyl carbamate were19.72-57.41μg/L,Ethyl carbamate content increases with the increase of age.
