思林水电站弃渣场综合治理

摘    要:思林水电站处于深切横向河谷,设计时综合考虑了各建筑物的土石方开挖量、利用量及利用成分,大大减少了弃渣量;但工程完工后仍有4处渣场需要进行综合治理,其中郭家沱、小溪沟属于库底型渣场,后坝、冉家坨属于非河谷类渣场。本文根据水土保持法、开发建设项目水土保持方案技术规范等要求,结合水利水电工程的特点,分析研究了弃渣场的工程防护措施设计,其经验可供同类工程借鉴。

Abstract:Silin Hydropower Station located on deep river-cut cross valley. The comprehensive design takes into account the earth-rock excavation volume, utilization volume and utilization composition of varies structures. It greatly reduces the spoil volume. Four spoil grounds need comprehensive improvement after the project was over, among which the Guojiatuo he Xiaoxigou are reservoir bottom type, the Houba and Ranjiatuo are non-valley type. The article analyzes and researches the design of protective measures for spoil grounds, according to the demand of Soil and Water conservation Low & technical standard of soil and water conservation program for development construction item, as well as associates with the characteristic of hydraulic and hydropower project. The experience could provide the reference for similar project.
