电网新技术管控模式应用研究

摘    要:随着国家电网公司“十二五”总体发展战略的建设与推进,科技创新支撑的作用日益突出,需要健全新技术管控体系,全面指导新技术推广应用工作。阐述了当前电网新技术管控的现状、目标、建设思路和建设成果,从组织保障、制度建设和技术支撑3个层面构建适应公司发展的新技术管控体系。通过国家电网公司新技术管控系统的建设,实现新技术推广应用的规范化、标准化、流程化和一体化管理,实现信息资源在更大范围内的共享和利用,提高新技术推广应用的管理效益。

Abstract:Along with the construction and promotion of “12th Five-Year” overall development strategy of State Grid Corporation of China, the role oftechnological innovation supports has been increasingly prominent. So the management and control system should be improved to comprehensively guide the application and promotion of new technology. In this paper the status, objectives, ideas and achievements of the current management of new grid technology are expounded, and the new technology management and control system for the SG development is built from three aspects: organization guarantee, system construction and technological supports. Through the construction of new technology management and control system for the Corporation, the standardization, process and integration management for the promotion and application of new technology; as well as the sharing and utilization of information resources in a wider range will be realized; and the management efficiency of the new technology application will be improved.
