LANKE高效工业气体除尘系统在催化裂化装置中的应用

摘    要:LANKE高效工业气体除尘系统具有压差低,自控独立,不影响装置的加剂、转剂操作等优点,其在催化裂化装置催化剂罐顶除尘中的应用解决了装置气体粉尘污染问题,排放气体的含尘量降到了30mg/m3(标准状态)以下,每年至少减少装置催化剂损失20t,取得了良好的除尘效果和经济效益。

Abstract:Catalyst pneumatic conveying system of fluidized catalytic cracking unit was modified with LANKE industrial gas solid separation system. This improvement results in more than 20 tons catalyst recovery per year from spent gas, and dust emission being reduced from high than 200 g/m3 to lower than 30 mg/m3. The gas-solid separation system operation running independ ently, and has no negative impact on pneumatic conveying flow-rate.
