摘    要:为了改进可拆卸板式热交换器的框架结构,对螺栓载荷与活动压紧板的刚度进行了测试。测试结果表明,不同螺栓之间的载荷差异较大,活动压紧板有对称弯曲变形特点,这对于可拆卸板式热交换器框架结构的优化设计具有参考价值。

Abstract:In order to improve the structure of plate heat exchanger frame, bolt load and stiff- ness of the movable cover were tested. The test results show that the load is significantly variable from the different bolts, and movable cover has symmetrical bending deformation characteristics which has reference value for optimization design of plate heat exchanger frame structure .
