抽油杆表面椭圆裂纹应力强度因子有限元分析

摘    要:运用三维有限元法求解抽油杆杆体及接头不同部位表面椭圆裂纹在拉伸载荷下的应力强度因子。采用Ingraffea方程由裂端20节点奇异单元位移场可精确、连续地给出应力强度因子沿裂纹线的变化,实验验证表明,运用三维有限元分析所得到的应力强度因子有较高的工程精度。应用此结果,可对抽油杆不同部位的裂纹问题作断裂与疲劳分析。

Abstract:The authors work out by 3-D finite element method the stress intensity factor of the elliptical surface cracks on different parts of sucker rod body and coupling under tensile load,and describe the variation of the stress intensity factor along the crack line by the Ingraffea equation. Experiment shows that the above-mentioned stress intensity factor obtained by 3-D finite element analysis has quite high degree of accuracy. With the aid of this, crack and fatigue analysis of different parts of a sucker rod can be conducted.
