| 摘 要： | 对某采油厂油井作业中的27／8in不加厚J55型油管失效进行了试验和分析，通过强度计算以及分析可知，油管的饥械性能、化学成分满足要求，失效主要原因是油管悬挂载荷超出设计载荷且螺纹扣在开始旋合时就已经损坏，造成失效破坏。

| Abstract: | Test and analysis on failure of J55 type tubing string of 27/8in was made. Calculation and analysis show that mechanism performance and chemistry element meet design need and load on tubing string oversteps design load. It also shows screw thread failure is main reason. |
