摘    要:文章以三交河煤矿1041煤巷掘进面为工程背景,探究了巷道过断层的快速掘进技术和锚杆索联合支护技术。研究结果表明,断层破碎带是造成巷道失稳变形的主要因素,在采用联合支护和注浆加固技术后,对巷道表面的围岩监测表明,顶板下沉量存在峰值56.2cm,在推过断层一定距离后,巷道整体收敛性增强,围岩变形趋于稳定,巷道得到良好控制。研究结果为相似条件下煤巷过断层技术提供了一定借鉴。

Abstract:The article explores the rapid excavation technology and the joint support technology of anchor ropes for the over faulting of the alleyway,using the excavation surface of coal lane 1041 in Sanjiaohe Coal Mine as the engineering background.The results of the study show that the fracture zone is the main factor causing the unstable deformation of the roadway.After adopting the joint support and slurry reinforcement techniques,the monitoring of the surrounding rock on the surface of the roadway shows that there is a peak of 56.2cm in the sinking volume of the top plate,and after pushing through the fault for a certain distance,the overall convergence of the roadway is enhanced,the deformation of the surrounding rock tends to stabilize and the roadway is well controlled.The results of the study provide some reference for coal-alley overfaulting techniques under similar conditions.
