摘    要:结合工程实例,对直埋供热管道泄漏及保温结构破损非开挖检测方法、步骤、结果进行探讨。被测直埋供水管道规格为DN125~700mm,共24km。利用红外热成像仪、全功能听漏仪对失水量明显的泄漏点进行定位。采用多频管中电流法(PCM法)对直埋供热管道位置及走向进行定位,采用人体电容法(Pearson法)对保温结构破损点检测及定位。出现保温结构破损的直埋供热管道规格为DN 125~600 mm,破损点数量为22个。被测直埋供水管道保温结构破损情况不严重,整体状态良好。

Abstract:Combined with the engineering example,the trenchless detection method,steps and results of directly buried heating pipeline leakage and insulation structure damage are discussed.The tested directly buried water supply pipeline has a size of DN 125 to 700 mm,a total of 24 km.Infrared thermal imager and full-featured audiometer are used to locate the leakage point with obvious water loss.The multi-frequency tube current method(PCM method)is used to locate the position and direction of the directly buried heating pipeline,and the human body capacitance method(Pearson method)is used to detect and locate the damaged points of the insulation structure.The specifications of directly buried heating pipes with damaged thermal insulation structure are DN 125 to 600 mm,and the number of damaged points is 22.The insulation structure of the tested directly buried water supply pipeline is not seriously damaged,and the overall condition is good.
