高压水力压裂技术在综放工作面初采放顶中的应用

摘    要:针对12204工作面初采期间老顶来压不及时,采空区出现大面积悬顶,经常出现瓦斯积聚超限且给顶板管理带来极大安全隐患等问题,提出利用高压水力压裂技术方案处理坚硬顶板不及时垮落问题。12204工作面采用高压水力对切眼顶板岩层逐层进行分割、压裂后,破坏了岩层的整体稳定性,使其强度大大降低。采用高压水力压裂技术处理顶板后,工作面初次来压步距比原工作面老顶初次来压步距缩短了36.6m,工作面回采过程中顶板能够实现随采随落。通过理论计算分析和现场实践结果表明,达到了预期效果。

Abstract:In view of the problems such as the main roof pressure is not timely during the initial mining period of 12204 working face in a mine,the large area of hanging roof appears in the goaf,and gas accumulation often exceeds the limit and brings great safety risks to the roof management.This paper proposes to use the high pressure hydraulic fracturing technology to deal with the problem that the hard roof does not collapse in time.In 12204 working face,high-pressure hydraulic pressure was used to separate and fracture the roof rock layer layer by layer,which destroyed the overall stability of the rock layer and greatly reduced its strength.After the roof is treated by high-pressure hydraulic fracturing technology,the first weighting step of working face is shortened by 36.6m compared with the first weighting step of main roof in the original working face,and the roof can fall with mining.The results of theoretical calculation and field practice show that the expected effect is achieved.
