| 摘 要： | 以某车型机盖内板为研究对象,基于Autoform分析结果,比较几种机盖内板成形工艺方案,总结不同工艺方案优缺点,得出一种合理的降本工艺方案模型,并通过实际生产验证制件的成形性及尺寸精度,为后续新车型机盖内板工艺设计提供参考,降低车型开发成本。

| Abstract: | In this article the hood inner panel is taken as the research object,basing on the results of autoform software analysis,comparing the advantage and disadvantage of several stamping process plan of the hood inner panel.Summarizing the process die which is proper for the hood inner panel process design.Providing reference for new model part die design shortening the period of die design and manufacture,reducing the costs of car developing. |
