车寨矿1506采煤工作面智能化控制系统研究

摘    要:智能化矿井建设成为提升矿井生产安全保障能力以及煤炭开采效率的重要举措之一。以车寨矿1506采面为研究对象,对采面智能化控制系统总体结构以及采煤机、刮板输送机智能控制系统等关键子系统进行结构设计,并进行现场应用。结果表明,1506采面实现智能化控制后,采煤、运输等设备开采、运输效率等均得到一定程度提升,采面作业人员数量由26人降低至16人,实现了采面智能化、少人化开采。

Abstract:Intelligent mine construction has become one of the important measures to improve mine production safety guarantee capacity and coal mining efficiency.Taking 1506 mining face as the research object,the overall structure of the mining face intelligent control system and the key subsystems such as the shearer and scraper conveyor intelligent control system are designed and applied on site.The results show that after the realization of intelligent control in 1506 mining face,the mining and transportation efficiency of coal mining and transportation equipment has been improved to a certain extent,and the number of working personnel has been reduced from 26 to 16,which has realized intelligent and reduced mining face.
