基于数学模型的斜齿轮成形特性研究

摘    要:以某型斜齿轮为研究对象,推导渐开线齿廓坐标方程、齿根过渡曲线方程及斜齿轮螺旋线方程,建立斜齿轮成形数学模型。基于专业数值计算软件MATLAB对斜齿轮数学模型进行计算,计算数据导入建模软件SolidWorks对斜齿轮成形特性进行研究和分析。研究和分析结果表明:建立的数学模型可以精确地获得斜齿轮螺旋线,联合MATLAB和SolidWorks可以成形为斜齿轮,且对斜齿轮成形过程进行直观的模拟及显示。该研究为斜齿轮成形特性研究、参数优化等方面提供理论基础及技术支持。

Abstract:A certain type of helical gear has been taken as the research object,the involute tooth profile coordinate equation,tooth root transition curve equation and helical gear spiral equation were derived,and the helical gear forming mathematical model was established.The helical gear mathematical model has been calculated by the professional numerical calculation software MATLAB,the calculation data has been imported into the modeling software SolidWorks to study and analyze the forming characteristics of helical gear.The research and analysis results show that the established mathematical model can accurately obtain the helical gear helical line,and the combination of MATLAB and SolidWorks can form helical gear,and the helical gear forming process can be intuitively simulated and displayed.The research provides theoretical basis and technical support for the forming characteristics,parameter optimization of the helical gear.
