汾源煤业5-101大倾角工作面综放设备机械化回撤技术研究

摘    要:针对汾源煤业5-101大倾角、松软底板综放工作面设备回撤期间面临支架倾倒风险大、回撤设备易下陷底板等制约设备回撤安全问题,对综放设备回撤作业流程进行改进,并详细对综放支架回撤方案进行阐述。通过采用3个掩护架的方式,减少三角区空顶面积,确保设备回撤期间顶板稳定;通过增设道木加固道轨,降低了支架运输期间道轨的下沉量,解决了顶板底板松软的难题,保证了回撤叉车安全运行。现场应用后,不仅克服了大倾角、松软底板设备回撤带来的影响,而且设备回撤工期较计划工作缩短40%以上,取得显著的应用效果。

Abstract:In view of the safety problems that restrict the equipment withdrawal during the equipment withdrawal of the Fenyuan Coal Mining 5-101 fully mechanized caving face with large inclination and soft floor,the risk of support toppling is high,and the withdrawal equipment is easy to sink to the floor.The process was improved,and the fully mechanized caving support withdrawal plan was elaborated in detail.By adopting three shielding racks,the area of the empty roof in the triangle area is reduced to ensure the stability of the roof during the equipment withdrawal;by adding road wood to strengthen the track,the sinking amount of the track during the carriage of the support is reduced,and the soft roof and bottom plate are solved.The difficulty ensures the safe operation of the withdrawn forklift.After the on-site application,it not only overcomes the impact of equipment withdrawal with large inclination and soft floor,but also shortens the equipment withdrawal construction period by more than 40%compared with the planned work,achieving remarkable application effects.
