摘    要:以某车型发盖内板为例,介绍了在模具设计阶段初期对制件进行回弹分析,并根据回弹量制定模具工艺模面的补偿方案,减少后期实物阶段的制件回弹问题调试整改工作量,案例对汽车行业模具设计者在设计阶段分析制件反弹及后续采取处理措施方面有指导和借鉴意义。

Abstract:In this paper, a domestic automobile company’s automobile hood inner plate as an example, in the early stage of die design, the parts of the springback analysis, and according to the amount of springback to develop die surface compensation program, reduce the late physical stage of the part springback debugging and rectification workload, the case of automobile industry die designer in the design phase analysis of parts rebound and subsequent measures, it has guidance and reference significance.
