| 摘 要： | 对相机的基座部件进行塑件结构工艺分析,选定三板模结构.利用模流分析软件对产品充填、气穴等因素进行分析,基于模流分析的结果,对模具结构进行优化设计.同时,针对型芯及型腔结构特点,制定了合理的加工制造方式.注塑成品完全符合设计要求.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of structure and process of a camera base,the structure of three-plate mould was selected.Moldflow software was used to analyze product filling,air cavitation and other situations.Based on the simulation results,the mould structure was designed and optimized.At the same time,according to the characteristics of core and cavity structure,a reasonable manuf acturing method w as formulated.The injection products fully meet the design requirements. |
