| 摘 要： | 通过分析塑件的结构特点和流程比,采用时序阀控制热流道转普通流道多点单向充填型腔,针对成型塑件不同的扣位,分别设计了滑块侧抽芯机构和斜推组件实现多向同步抽芯,并设计了组合式冷却水路系统控制模具温度。实践证明:模具结构设计合理,工作稳定,可为成型同类塑件的模具研发提供参考。

| Abstract: | The structural characteristics and flow ratio of plastic parts were analyzed,and the multi-point one-way filling mode from hot runner to cold runner controlled by using sequence valve was applied.The slide-block side core-pulling mechanism and the angle ejector mechanisms were designed to realize multi-direction side core-pulling synchronously.The modular water cooling system was designed to control the mould temperature.It was certified that the structural design was reasonable and stable,which could provide references for the mould design of similar parts. |
