摘    要:上下模双活动芯锁住板料单边不流动,三边进料完成拉伸,工艺上不仅提升了材料利用率,同时优化了拉伸进料方式,改善了拉伸件品质。压边圈上气缸机构的支撑块设计,保证了模具回程时压边圈和上模的同步运动,制件不致受上模活动芯压制变形。

Abstract:During drawing process,material flowing on one side of the blank will be locked with the help of acting cores on upper and lower dies,material on other three sides will still flow in.This process will not only promote the material utilization,but also optimize the material flowing method in drawing process which will improve the quality of deep drawing parts.The design of air cylinder mechanism suppoting block on pad ensures the pad will syne with upper die when it is on return stroke,the operation part will be free from deformation caused by activity of acting core on upper die.
