卡车油箱锁紧盖压铸模结构设计

摘    要:通过对卡车油箱锁紧盖的形体分析,找出了锁紧盖与开闭模方向一致的型孔和凸台要素,对于这种型孔与凸台可以在动、定模板上采用嵌件形式的型芯,利用模具开闭模实现形体的抽芯和复位。其中ψ3.3×1.1mm是与开闭模方向垂直的型孔,只能采用侧向抽芯的措施。ψ8.3×7mm×20°又是与开闭模方向一致的型槽,即可采用侧向抽芯也可采用嵌件形式的型芯,利用模具开闭模运动实现抽芯和复位,只有两种型孔和型槽都采用侧向抽芯的措施才是模具最佳优化方案。通过模具结构方案可行性分析与论证,从而避免了繁杂模具结构方案,模具设计获得了成功。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the body shape of the lock cover of the car,the key elements of the hole and boss which are consistent with the direction of the lock cover and the open and close die are found out.Among them,φ3.3×1.1mm is perpendicular to the direction of the open and closed hole,can only use side core-pulling measures.φ8.3×7mm×20° is the same as the open and closed die groove,it can use the side core-pulling can also use the embedded form of the core,the use of die open and closed die movement to achieve core-pulling and resel.Only two types of hole and groove adopt side core-pulling measures is the best die optimization program.Through the feasibility analysis and demonstration of the die struceture scheme,the complex die strueture scheme was avoided,and the die design was suecessful.
