| 摘 要： | 以某公司螺纹产品为例,选用结构简单可靠、制造成本低的高效注射模螺纹牙套齿轮齿条退牙机构设计方案,并对开模顺序、退牙机构、成型螺纹、排位、牙套齿轮齿条退牙机构的设计进行了阐述,对螺纹牙套定位方式以及注意事项进行了说明,试模结果证明本设计的结构简单,制造成本低,生产效率高。

| Abstract: | Taking a threaded product as an example,a simple and high-efficiency thread unsc rewing mechanism with thread tooth set,gear and rack for injection mould.The mould opening sequence,position arrangement,and thread unscrewing struct ural design of thread.tooth set,gear and rack were elucidated.The positioning mode of thread tooth set and some design cautions were explained.Through the mould trial,the design is proved to be simple,low cost and efficient. |
