回采面仰斜法过断层施工工艺应用

摘    要:为了提高工作面过断层回采效率,减少采煤机破岩量,提高原煤回采量,降低过断层期间设备故障率,大同煤矿集团大斗沟煤业公司通过技术研究,对8201工作面过F7断层提出了仰斜法回采工艺,并对过断层期间顶板采取超前锚杆支护,通过实际应用,采用仰斜法回采工艺提高原煤回采量达4.2万t,提高经济效益达800余万元,设备故障率降低至3%以下,取得了显著应用成效。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of cross-fault mining,reduce the amount of rock breaking by shearer,increase the amount of raw coal recovery and reduce the rate of equipment failure during cross-fault mining,Dadougou Coal Industry Company of Datong Coal Mine Group,through technical research,puts forward the mining technology of upward inclination method for 8201 working face crossing F7 fault,and adopts advance anchor for roof during cross-fault period.Through the practical application of the rod support,the mining amount of raw coal is increased by 42,000 tons by using the upward inclination method,the economic benefit is increased by more than 8 million yuan,and the failure rate of the equipment is reduced to less than 3%.The remarkable application effect has been achieved.
