摘    要:针对中国职业教育从规模扩张向内涵发展转变现状,应用工作过程系统化教育理念,以模具设计与制造专业为试点,分析了在教学模式、师资能力、政策瓶颈、绩效奖励等方面存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了相应的改革措施。

Abstract:According to the current situation that China's vocational education is changing formf scale expansion to connotation development,the educational concept named"working process sys?tematization"was applied.Taking the die&mould design and manufacturing specialty as a pro?gram,it analyzed some problems existing in teaching mode,faculty ability,policy bottleneck,staff reward and proposes some specific reforming measures corresponding to presented problems.
