采煤机截齿载荷及运动特性的研究与分析

以某型采煤机截齿为研究对象,分析了采煤机截齿工作原理,对采煤机截齿载荷和运行特性进行研究和分析。研究结果表明:采煤机截齿载荷呈现先增加后减小的趋势;截割阻力矩、截割深度、截齿X方向位移、截齿Y方向位移均呈现周期性变化的趋势,且截齿Y方向位移变化趋势较为复杂。该研究为采煤机截齿疲劳寿命的提高、开采和掘进效率的提升等方面提供理论依据及技术支持。

Research and Analysis of Shearer Cutter Load and Movement Characteristics

Taking a certain type of shearer cutter as the research object,the working principle of the shearer cutter has been analyzed,the load and operation characteristics of the shearer cutter have been researched and analyzed.The research results show that the shearer cutter load shows the trendy of first increases and then decreases;the cutting resistance torque,cutting depth,cutter X-direction displacement,and cutter Y-direction displacement all present a trend of periodic change,and the Y-direction displacement change trend is more complex.The research provides theoretical basis and technical support for the fatigue life improvement and the mining and tunneling efficiency improvement of the shearer cutter.
